Terms for this pre-release website.
These terms cover your use of imagesave.app. The Chrome extension is not yet published, and separate product terms or notices may apply when it is.
1. Informational website
This website explains the intended ImageSave product, its verified local candidate behavior, privacy boundary, permissions, and known limits. Store actions are disabled until an official listing is published. Website copy is not a guarantee that every feature will work on every page or that a release date is fixed.
2. Acceptable use
You may use this website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, probe systems without authorization, send abusive automated traffic, impersonate the project, or misuse support and security addresses.
3. Images and third-party rights
The ability to save a file does not grant ownership or permission to use it. You are responsible for copyright, privacy, contractual, access-control, and other rights that apply to images and websites you use. ImageSave is not intended to bypass DRM, authentication, paywalls, or browser security controls.
4. Third-party services
Website delivery, domain services, email forwarding, Chrome, source websites, and the future Chrome Web Store listing are provided by third parties under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or independent data practices.
5. No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, the website and pre-release information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the ImageSave project will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of this website or reliance on pre-release information. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
