Changelog

What changed, and what is actually released.

The website is live before the extension. Extension entries below describe local release candidates, not a Chrome Web Store publication or a Store-signed install.

imagesave.app launches

Added the ImageSave product overview, privacy policy, permission explanations, support and security contacts, known limits, terms, accessibility statement, and this changelog. Store actions remain visibly disabled until the listing exists.

Picker, Gallery, preview, and navigation hardening

The compact popup now identifies when it shows the top four of a larger scan and links to all results. It favors source-derived local previews, makes pointer click commit the exact picker target, distinguishes true document replacement from same-document changes, and retains a valid save receipt instead of showing a late false stale-source error. The scanner also understands a strict, bounded Google Images result-original declaration.

Studio filters and bounded batch controls

Added live filter counts for size, dimensions, detected format, orientation, source kind, and URL; explicit sorting; pointer and filtered selection; batch quality, matte, resize, naming, folder, and local ZIP controls; page-declared Best Copy; user-started Watch; local recipes; and same-asset generated previews.

Release labels matter

A local candidate can pass engineering checks without being a published product. ImageSave will not call the extension released until the exact Store listing and Store-signed install are available and verified. See thesupport page for the current download boundary.
